A Time Management Tip

Need more hours in the day? Here’s an idea…turn off your screens!

There are hundreds of time management books, yet how many of them address the biggest time waster of them all? When you consider that the average adult spends more than twenty hours a week of their spare time in front of a screen, you’d think it would be the first thing we consider when trying to shave hours out of the day.

Screen time can be entertaining and relaxing, especially at the end of a long day of work. But it can also steal away a lot of quality hours—time that you could be spending with your kids.

Instead of vegging out in front of the TV every night, why not take the family for a walk or for a game of basketball? Or have a family game night? You could even invite friends and make it a weekly party.

Don’t waste precious hours on mindless television. It’s the best time saving advice you’ll get.
